Custom lanyard assemblies are used to attach quick-release pins and various components to a fixture or frame to prevent items from being misplaced while they are not in use. Commercial grade wire rope is available in your choice of 1x19, 7x7 or 7x19 classes. Other grades and constructions also are available upon request. Aircraft cable is available in uncovered (bare cable) or coated with PVC or Nylon in any color imaginable. Wire can be cut to size using our in house automated cutting machine. We can supply custom cable assemblies with a wide variety of terminal hardware including loops, tabs, stake eyes, balls, carabiners, hooks, and more! Additionally, our high tonnage crimping equipment allows us to specialize in large diameter wire with heavy duty crimps.
